Flood Prevention Texas is FlowStop's authorized sales agent for Texas, promoting FlowStop flood barrier products manufactured and sold by FlowStop Industries SAS and its affiliates ("FlowStop").

Flood Prevention Texas acts as FlowStop's sales agent for Texas. We do not manufacture, sell, invoice, collect payment for, or deliver FlowStop products ourselves. Our role on this Site and in connection with your inquiry is limited to: promoting FlowStop flood barriers in Texas, coordinating an on-site measurement with an independent installer, and submitting the resulting specifications to FlowStop for a quote.

The sale itself - including the final quote, invoicing, payment collection, manufacturing, and delivery - is a direct transaction between you and FlowStop, governed by FlowStop's own terms of sale and warranty, which FlowStop will provide to you at the time of quote or purchase. Please review those terms carefully before purchasing.

After your purchase, we may provide reasonable follow-up (for example, checking in on installation or your experience with the product). This follow-up does not make us a party to your purchase contract with FlowStop and does not create any additional warranty or liability on our part with respect to the product.

Any warranty on a FlowStop product is provided solely by FlowStop under its own warranty terms, which FlowStop will provide to you directly in connection with your purchase.
Flood barrier products are designed to reduce the risk of water intrusion and do not guarantee against flooding, water damage, or property loss in all circumstances. Proper measurement, installation, storage, and maintenance in accordance with FlowStop's instructions are the responsibility of the customer and the independent installer. You are solely responsible for confirming that your intended use complies with applicable building codes, flood-venting requirements, and local regulations.
